After some puzzling i came up with this:
Hi: 2x Arbalest Cruise Launchers, 2x 150 railgun II (spike s ammo), tech II cloak Med: 2x sensor booster II, passive targeter I, hypnos multispec ECM Low: 2x mapc
Woot it fits with advanced weapon upgrades at lv3.
Engage at 35 km, the optimal for the 150's they do about 75 a piece combined at a rof of 3.2 sec. Get of two shots and cloak, gets you that extra launcher. Kinda makes a manticore look weak now Nah it finally an ok ship like this.
And now just be very carefull

Edited by: Car Wars on 10/02/2006 00:01:06 Do the math: BCU II is giving you +10 % on 2 launchers, thats worth 1 gun shot at base skills (0.1 * 600). With good skills never more then two gun shots. So you will do 150 more damage when you fire an other round with the guns fitted. Plus your more versatile, for close range use javelin ammo, when you cannot cloak and jam

Its a stealth bomber, so really upclose like under 10km is no good. You need to be within 40km to fire/cloak and still hit with cruise missile. Depends on your skills of course, its a 10 sec window for hitting after cloak. So i think 33km will be nice as its my 150 rails optimal.
Looking to do maximum damage before i recloak. So rof of my cruise missile i dont care for, just cpu fitting constraints. Not gonna be exposed for more then 5 secs thats the plan.

you probably right. Nemesis is lacking power grid to do something nice with your low slot, hence its the worst stealth bomber in the game.
Just looking for a fitting with more dps at about 30-40km range.

30km is close enough for me, rails got 34km optimal and you fire and directly cloak from that range.

Whats the range on those 75 II with tech II ammo? Looks like a nice setup mate.

Maybe your a confusing Nemesis with Manticore. Nemesis does 70+ AU easily

Thats basically the same setup that myself and most other people have been using for months, so its hardly groundbreaking.
And stealthbombers still need to be able to use the cov ops cloak to be truly effective at their intended purpose. But I doubt CCP will listen.
-Good suggestion the 125 rails.
-Regarding the rest as you may notice i posted 6 months ago.....Did not see your setup then.
-Cov ops cloak for a stealhbomber would make the cov ops nearly useless....

Edited by: Car Wars on 04/08/2006 13:20:05 I have been toying with the idea to fit an 1mn mwd and blasters. Together with the two cruise launchers it could be a cool frigate. Dont fit a cloak and it is payable ship to use.
Problem is grid of course and base speed. If only it had that little bit of grid more, like 10-15 pg, it would really have loads of options fitting wise.
Or maybe it just needs a bonus towards fitting large hybrids.
